Villa Maroula - Afantou

We stayed at Villa Maroula for 5 nights and it was a 5-star experience in every way. The location was perfect, close to the beach and just off the main highway. The villa itself was immaculate, with a beautiful enclosed garden and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. The bed was extra wide and incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. We loved eating on the patio and taking advantage of the excellent internet connection. Free bikes and a helpful owner made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to return in October!

Location was fantastic, close to the beach and main highway. The villa was of 5-star quality, extremely clean and with brand new furniture. The enclosed garden/courtyard was perfect for kids and had fresh limes and lemons. The bed was extra wide and spacious, accommodating three people comfortably. The bathroom was big, clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had ample space and all the necessary amenities. The patio was great for outdoor dining. The internet connection was excellent. The host was kind, lovely and positive, providing helpful information and assistance. The communal garden had a BBQ area and seating. Bikes were available for free and there was a washing machine provided.

The room at Villa Maroula was cozy and well-equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, and all the necessary utensils. As someone who enjoys cooking, it was a great convenience.

Personally, I found the balcony in the 1st-floor apartments to be a bit small, but others may still enjoy the space.

I was thrilled to visit the Fort of St. Nicholas during my stay in Afantou. It was a landmark that I had always wanted to explore. I chose Villa Maroula solely because of its convenient location to the fort. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the free use of bicycles available at the apartment complex. It allowed me to easily explore other nearby attractions such as the Greek dancing and Rodos Nature. The complimentary wireless internet access and tour/ticket assistance were also convenient amenities that enhanced my stay.

Villa Maroula is quite far from the shops and markets. Additionally, the lack of an entrance road for the villa made navigation slightly inconvenient.

Spacious, modern, and clean room with comfortable furnishings. Beautiful garden with fruit trees. Friendly and welcoming host who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Well-equipped kitchen and complimentary goodies. Bicycles provided for exploring the area.

I had a fantastic week at a comfortable apartment on Rhodes Island. The host, Michalis, provided us with everything we needed and more. The apartment had all the necessary equipment and a lovely garden with a barbecue. We even got to use the bicycles for free to explore the nearby beach. If you're looking to avoid the crowded city of Rodos, this is the perfect place to stay. I highly recommend this accommodation.

I always come back to this place with no regrets. The staff even helped me return my forgotten hairbrush. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, kitchen facilities, AC, TV, express check-in/out. Can't wait to be here for Christmas!

We had an amazing time at this charming villa for 3 nights. Mihalis, the host, was incredibly welcoming, funny, and made us feel right at home. the villa itself was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near a small village with cafes, beaches, and local restaurants. We were provided with free bikes to explore the island, and we even cycled to the beautiful Tsambika beach. the WiFi was excellent, and the TV had English channels. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Villa Maroula. 10/10!
